High-Throughput Bulk Messaging Engine with 60-Second Instant Rollback
Mission-critical broadcast platform sending 500,000+ messages per hour across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email with an atomic rollback window, delivery quarantining, and real-time open telemetry.
The Problem. The Build.
Bulk message campaigns sent with wrong content or to unsubscribed users triggered compliance violations and brand damage. Traditional CRMs had no rollback capability — once sent, messages could not be recalled.
We engineered a staged broadcast architecture with a 60-second atomic rollback window. Messages are dispatched in quarantine mode across Apache Kafka, held in a shadow queue, before confirmed delivery — giving operators a kill-switch within the SLA window.
Production Outcomes
Zero regulatory violations in 8 months post-launch vs 3/quarter before
From 40k/hr legacy system to 500k/hr without infrastructure cost increase
Atomic recall of entire broadcast within the guaranteed safety window
What We Built Into It
